Chelsea Community Hospital holds four major fundraising events each year. Net proceeds from the events benefit various specific projects or programs of the hospital.
Spring Auction
The Annual Hospital Spring Auction is held each May in the Chelsea area. Food, fun, entertainment, silent auction, live auction, and a raffle are the main attractions at this festive event. The 2012 Auction will take place on Saturday, May 12 at the UA 190 – IBEW 252 Hall, 7920 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor. This year's event Chairs are Johnny and Cindy Mitchell; Co-Chairs are Randy Hermann and Jona Gill, MD.

 In 2011, More than 700 runners and walkers participated in this annual family community event, which takes place each May in Chelsea.
The event consists of 2-mile, 5K and 10K runs, a 2-mile and 5K walk, and a 13.8-mile bike race. Awards are given in each run category according to age and gender, and to the top 10 male and female finishers of the walk and bike.

Golf Classic
Close to 200 golfers come out to support the Hospital in the two 18-hole scramble rounds, morning or afternoon. In addition to meals and refreshments, golfers receive a special gift, are eligible for door prizes, and are given the opportunity to participate in a raffle and golf contests. Opportunities for individual golfers, hole sponsorships and corporate sponsorships are also available.
The 2012 Golf Classic will take place on Monday, August 13 at the Polo Fields Golf & Country Club in Ann Arbor.

Holiday Gala
The annual Holiday Gala is held on the second Saturday in December. Each year, using a special theme, the venue is transformed into a holiday elegance. Over 200 guests enjoy fine dining, music, dancing, and celebrating the season with old and new friends. The event is by invitation, and net proceeds support various special projects each year.
The 2012 Holiday Gala will be held on Saturday, December 8 at The Polo Fields Golf & Country Club in Ann Arbor. More information will be forthcoming.
