Senior Health Services

What we do

Chelsea Community Hospital offers a full range of services providing a comprehensive approach to caring for the health and well-being of the area’s growing senior population. These services maximize independence, ensure the dignity of individuals and their families, and link seniors to many community resources. Whether it’s for surgery, an x-ray, or rehabilitation after a stroke or heart attack, seniors can be confident of the expert quality care they will receive at CCH. In addition, CCH offers numerous classes and support groups to meet each individual’s needs.

Senior Health Connection

Senior Health Connection, offered by Chelsea Community Hospital, is a free membership program to community members who are 55 and better. The program includes a free newsletter with health information and tips.

Directions

From the South/I-94:
Take the M-52 exit off of I-94 (Exit 159), and go north into Chelsea. Continue on M-52 (Main Street) for approximately one mile, and proceed through the first traffic light. At the second light, turn right to enter the hospital campus. See the campus map on this site for the exact location of this service.

From the North:
From downtown Chelsea, continue south on Main Street (M-52). Proceed past the first marked entrance to the hospital campus on your left, and continue to the entrance located at the traffic light.
