Our skilled and experience stroke team is comprised of Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists and if needed a Recreational Therapy Specialist. They work with our certified Stroke Program to complete a thorough evaluation of activities of daily living, home/family management, vision, sensory motor components, upper and lower extremity function, speech and cognition skills. A plan of care is developed based upon individual patient needs to optimize return of motor and sensory function and communication skills focusing on achieving the goal of maximal functional ability.
