Do I Have A Problem?

Sometimes it’s hard to know if it’s time to make a change. How do you know if you should stop or reduce your drinking or use of other addictive drugs? What if it’s difficult to make a change regarding your drinking or use of other drugs?

It’s not always easy to know if your drinking or drugging has become “a problem.” Sometimes it’s not easy to see the effects of one’s drinking or use of drugs. However, in most cases, there are identifiable signs that suggest that a person may benefit from making changes regarding their use of alcohol or other drugs.

By clicking on the items below, you can learn about risk factors for older adults and some common effects of heavy drinking, and may complete a short questionnaire that may help you decide if it’s time for a change.
