Patient Assistance FundChelsea Community Hospital provides a Patient Assistance Fund to assist patients in financial need. The financial criteria for consideration is the Federally established Poverty Guidelines times 1.25. If you exceed the guidelines you could be eligible for partial consideration. If you believe that you may possibly qualify or receive partial consideration on your balance please complete the Patient Assistance Fund form and send to Chelsea Community Hospital to the attention of David Cavell, Business Office Director.
