ST. JOSEPH MERCY INVITES LOCAL SENIORS TO KEEP A POSITIVE MENTAL OUTLOOK THROUGH THE JOY OF LAUGHTER
Port Huron, MI…Welcome the New Year with Laughter! Join St. Joseph Mercy Chaplain Sister Kathy Wood, OP, as she explores entertaining tips and techniques designed to help seniors, 55 years of age and older, keep a positive mental outlook through the joy of fun and laughter while maintaining a healthful lifestyle. “Laughter: It Really is the Best Medicine” is an engaging program in a series of Healthy Aging programs developed specifically for area seniors.
This event will be held Wednesday, January 18, beginning at 2 p.m., in the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Baggot Street Café (cafeteria). This FREE program includes refreshments and an opportunity to share social time.
