Port Huron, MI…Providing an in-depth review of local larynx cancer treatment and survival statistics, St. Joseph Mercy Port Huron is pleased to present the Mercy Regional Cancer Center 2010 Cancer Care Annual Report.

The report provides detailed information regarding the programs, services and accomplishments of the Mercy Regional Cancer Center as one of the area’s leading providers of cancer services, screening and treatment.

“We are extremely proud of the programs and services offered to patients throughout the Blue Water and Thumb communities,” comments Kanu Dalal, MD, Radiation Oncologist and Co-Chair of the Mercy Cancer Committee. “The report reflects the extensive and comprehensive services provided, including advanced digital mammography, access to an oncology nurse navigator, the services of one of the most extensive clinical cancer research trials program available, and the only state of the art radiation oncology service in the area.
