Chelsea Community Hospital Behavioral Health is offering a class for older adults who are experiencing normal, age-related memory changes – not dementia.
This class is for you if:
You can describe a book or movie but can’t recall the name
You enter a room and can’t recall the reason
You can’t remember where you left your keys, cell phone or glasses
You are concerned about memory changes in general
This class offers a fun, interactive way to understand normal age-related memory change. Based on the book of the same name by Janet Fogler, LMSW, and Lynn Stern LMSW, clinical social workers at the University of Michigan Medical Center Turner Geriatric Services.
