What is CARE?
CARE (Confidential Assistance and Referral for Employees) is a confidential resource for employees. It can help with many different types of questions and concerns, from how to find an apartment, day care information, or just being stressed, to marital or financial issues or alcohol or drug problems.
CARE is part of the Social Work program at Chelsea Community Hospital. It is staffed by certified master's level professionals who are trained to ensure complete confidentiality for employees. The CARE phone is answered only by the CARE staff.
